Guided Surgery Services
Treatment Planning
Our guided surgery team will develop a treatment plan based on your recommendations with our highly trained team members. An online meeting using Google Meet will then be scheduled with you in order to personalize the plan based on exact specifications. We care about accommodating your busy schedule — that's why online meetings are fast and based on your availability. We can also email you the treatment plan for review and approval. Clients also have the option of downloading RealGuide's free licensed software for a meeting-free service.
Radiologist Evaluation Reports
We offer professional Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Evaluation Reports for CBCTs.
Surgical Guides

We print with Asiga and Carbon 3D printers and use KeyGuide Resin. We provide both design and printing services and always use OEM parts without extra charge.
In-Lab Working Times

Production of guided surgery products does not start until the surgical plan is approved and finalized. Allow 3–4 business days to receive the guide after approval. For stackable guides, please allow up to 10 business days to receive after approval.
Guided Surgery Products
Our selection of photo-curing resin materials, technical specifications, and guided surgical protocols is based on clinical feedback, manufacturer's recommendations, as well as the most recent studies published by implant companies and the American College of Prosthodontics. We provide our services with knowledge and passion!

Pilot Guide
A pilot guide allows clinicians an accurate first drilling step entry point, from which they can proceed with freehanding. This is useful in cases where a fully guided sleeve does not fit between adjacent teeth.

Teeth Supported Guide
Teeth supported guides are used for partially edentulous patients and are considered the most accurate in terms of drill navigation. We take into consideration things like tooth mobility, limited access of the guided drill, horizontal and vertical offset of the guided sleeve, and undercut angles to maximize passive fit and optimal retention.

Alveolar Crest Supported Guide
Bone supported guides are mostly used for fully edentulous patients or if alveoloplasty is part of the treatment plan. In terms of drill navigation, it provides the best accuracy in fully edentulous patients. A bone remodeling template as well as an IAN (inferior alveolar nerve) repositioning template can be provided as part of our service.

Mucosa Supported Guide
Mucosa supported guides maximize the patient's comfort and can improve recovery time. This type of surgical guide minimizes invasiveness and is used for fully edentulous patients. The guide is often produced based on the patient's existing dentures with a Dual Scan, and therefore doesn't require a flap reflection.

Complete Prosthetic Delivery Guide
This product is our version of a surgical guide with stackable components, for bone reduction cases and immediate loading of a temporary prosthetic. Our stackable includes a fully customized report with visual guide instructions, placement guide, reduction guide, osteotomy guide, prosthesis, dental dam, plugs for temp cylinders, and unlimited case reviews.

Guided Provisional
A Guided Provisional makes delivering a temp onto the temp cylinder or abutment quick, accurate, and easy. This comes with 1 surgical guide, to place the implant, and 1 guided temp, to place the temporary restoration. This works by using the surgical guide to place the implants, then seating the Guided Provisional over the teeth, abutment, or temp cylinder, adding the composite, then removing to polish.

Zygomatic Maxilla Model
Printed with clear purple-tinted resin, this model allows the clinician to practice drilling prior to surgery. Note: Some bone anatomy with low bone density may not be visible.
