Buy & Rebate
Customer-Owned Scanners
You own it. We reward your cases.
You purchase — or have purchased within the last 6 months — your own intraoral scanner, any brand. The scanner stays your property and may qualify for applicable tax credits. Training and support are provided by your scanner vendor. Apex rebates you based on your monthly lab spend.
Rebate tiers are based on your monthly lab spend and paid the following month for the full term of the agreement. Submit your information to receive a personalized rebate schedule from your Apex rep.
Subscription Scanner Program

We provide it. You scan.
Prefer not to buy? Apex provides a scanner on a subscription basis. The scanner remains Apex property and is covered by a full bumper-to-bumper warranty — all parts included. Training and support are included through our corporate partners.
- 3-year commitment; opt out or buy out with 60 days' written notice
- A minimum monthly lab spend applies — your Apex rep will confirm your minimum
- A credit card is kept on file to ensure coverage
- If the minimum monthly spend isn't met in a given month, a service fee applies based on your scanner
