Located in Williston, Vermont, Champlain Dental Lab has been providing premier dental restorations and services since 1968. We are proud to be a Certified Dental Laboratory that is staffed with a talented group of technicians that are artists in their own right. Our Team
Every member of our team has a keen eye for detail, shape, and color. Champlain Dental Lab is proud to be staffed by Certified Dental Technicians who ensure every client receives the highest quality restorative options possible.
General Manager
Frank C. Frost, BS
Frank brings over 40 years of experience to Champlain Dental Lab. His experience includes owning his own lab for 21 years to managing an 80-technician lab. He is well versed in all aspects of a dental lab.
Porcelain Department
Marie Keefe, CDT
Marie is a CDT ceramist that has been with us for over 45 years. She manages the porcelain department and has an amazing eye for color.
Yorini Undyantara, CDT
Yorini is a CDT ceramist that has been with us for over 25 years. Her specialty is e.max and custom shade taking.
Darin Rattee
Darin is a ceramist and a CAD/CAM technician. He has been with us for over 25 years.
Tony Izor
Tony has been a ceramist here since 1992. He is also our go to for IT and rush cases. His positive attitude and eye for detail has made him a key member of our team.
Emily Williger
Emily is a Veteran who has been with us since 2016. She is a crown and bridge technician transitioning into a porcelain technician.
Caroline Shortsleeve
Caroline has been with us for over 17 years. She works in our office, does deliveries as well as opaques our porcelain crowns.
Janis Campbel
Janis is a ceramist that has been here since 2019. Her years of experience are invaluable in the ongoing training of new ceramists.
Crown & Bridge Department
Tim Martel
Tim started with us in 1988. He is our implant specialist. When he is not working, he can usually be found with a line in the water, matching wits with a trout or a bass.
Jason Holtz, CDT
Jason is a CDT specializing in crown and bridge and joined the lab in 1999. He does a little of everything from implant cases to CAD/CAM designs.
Andrea Clark-Allen
Andrea is a crown and bridge technician with over 25 years of experience. She loves to wax and finish full gold crowns.
Mike Riley
Mike started with us in 2005. He is a crown and bridge technician and CAD/CAM designer.
Thoa Nguyen
Thoa is a crown and bridge technician. She has been with us for over 15 years and does most of our e.max waxing and pressing.
Prep Department
Amber Zimmerman
Amber joined our model department in 2017. She focuses on pouring and articulating models.
Rachael Dodd
Rachael has been with us since 2020 and focuses on pouring models, articulations, trimming dies and helping in CAD/CAM.
Removables Department
Jennifer Brown
Jennifer is a removables technician with over 20 years of experience. She has been with us since 2021.
Office Managers
Tammy Wetmore
Tammy has been with us since 2000. She started in our model department but moved to managing our office, where she loves to help our customers. Tammy is the welcoming voice you hear when you call.
Mary Precourt
Mary also manages our office, keeping everything on schedule. She has been here since 2007 and is the other cheerful voice you hear answering our phones.
